Villa Evelina is a beautiful historic 19th-century villa set in a centuries-old park of about one and a half hectares, made unique by its majestic valuable trees, flowering bushes, shady corners, and a small pond with a waterfall. The villa consists of 4 blocks that can be divided into five independent apartments.

The central block, along with the adjoining south-facing extension, dates back to 1750 and was intended for the master apartments. The block is structured on three floors and features a dramatic veranda overlooking the garden and the main courtyard. The veranda still retains its original flooring and the beautiful frescoed ceiling. Three doors connect the veranda to three spacious rooms (two of which have a fireplace). The rooms are finely decorated with Renaissance themes. Also on the ground floor, there is a small room/study overlooking the garden, the kitchen, the bathroom, and the laundry room. On the first floor, there are three bright and elegant bedrooms (two of which overlook the park) and the bathroom. A corridor connects this part of the house to a second apartment that occupies a large part of the second floor and has independent access via internal stairs leading up from the veranda. This second apartment features a large upper veranda used as a lounge. It also includes a dining room with a fireplace, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a laundry room.

The central part and the main part are topped, on the third floor, by a spacious attic, with a height of about 3.20 meters, consisting of 4 rooms and a large corridor, covering an area of approximately 500 square meters.
The central block also includes an annex on two floors overlooking the main courtyard, which is divided into two internal apartments.
The lateral block extends over two floors and is oriented to the south. Initially designated as the servants' quarters, it has since been renovated and transformed into an independent apartment, featuring a private garden and a lemon house/veranda. This block is distinguished by its simple and well-kept architecture and warm colors in a colonial style. On the ground floor, there is a large room with a big fireplace; on the first floor, there is a spacious living room, two cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. A charming balcony surrounds the first floor and overlooks the private garden.
The villa also includes an independent block on two floors. On the ground floor, there are four large rooms used as a garage and storage; on the first floor, there is a single open space.
The property requires maintenance and renovation work.

The uniqueness of Villa Evelina when compared to other properties with similar characteristics is the presence of a water spring within the park. Specifically, in the courtyard located at the back of the central block of the villa, there is a covered water basin fed by running water. The basin dates back to the early 1900s and was indeed used as a swimming pool. The spring is part of the property and can be directed to another area of the park to create an additional swimming pool.
One of the strengths of Villa Evelina is its location. The property offers the advantages of a country villa, isolated in a large park of ancient trees, where you will feel transported out of time. Yet, Villa Evelina is located just 40 minutes from the center of Milan and 20 km from Lecco (Lake Como) and 90 minutes from the Swiss border. This position makes it perfect for those who need to travel frequently to the city for business or pleasure.
The historic center of Villa D’Adda, less than 1 km away, boasts historic buildings and stunning views. The region is ideal for cycling, canoeing, and walking.
Villa Evelina is just 20 km from Lake Como, famous for its beauty and surrounded by mountains. The lake is a historic tourist destination and attracts many celebrities.
